Multi point gunner restraints (GRS)

The Gunner Restraint System (GRS) or Top Cover Harness is designed and successfully tested to keep the standing occupant within the secure confines of the vehicle. The system is designed with a wide range of adjustment to be worn over the uniform and protective gear. The harness has a central single point release for rapid egress or extrication. The GRS can be attached with single or dual automatic (inertia reel) tail straps to the floor of the vehicle which offers the maximum of safety with its retracting tail strap(s) which store excess webbing and allows controlled movement. The GRS harness can be adapted to many ground vehicles and different user requirements.
